FAQ
How long does it take to get our photos delivered?
• Event photography - a limited amount of images is usually deliver within 3 hours after the end of the show.
• Photo gallery is deliver within 5 business days.
• Fully retouched galleries are deliver 7-14 business days.
• Rush Projects are suject to an extra charge per image, delivery is within 24 hours.
Do you give out prints?
No.
All Photo sessions include a print release. You will be able to print your images with no restriction at any photo location of your choice.
What if I have a budget?
I am happy to accommodate with my clients needs. Feel free to message me your situation and we can work around your budget.
What are retouched images
BASIC EDITING: All gallery images include basic retouching; exposure adjustment, crop, and color balance.
FULLY EDITED IMAGES: Include basic retouching plus spot removal, skin retouching, image adjustments, plus other changes per customer request.
How does the process work?
1. Fill out form
Send me an Email with as much information about your photo session. I will get back to you and we can arrange a date to sign your contract
2. Sign Contract
Every photo session requires a contract. But don't panic, is just a form explaining my duty as a photographer.
A non-refundable booking fee is due at the signing on the contract.
3. The Big Day
Client is required to be 15 mins early before the shoot.
The shoot will go on for the time agreed on the contract.
4. Photos & Prints
Print release is included in all packages. You will be able to print your images at your favorite photo location in any format you would like.
Photo galleries will be deliver in the discussed times at the signing of the contract.
